I hope you're all doing well. I have a couple of questions regarding the requirements of Family Reunifaction while applying on the same time for a single permit, and I was wondering if anyone has experience with this.

Work Contract Submission:

Instead of the traditional salary slips for the past 12 months, the authorities are asking for a copy of the work contract. I understand that it should mention the duration, net salary, and a potential rent payment clause. Could someone clarify what exactly the "rent payment clause" entails? Is it a standard inclusion in work contracts, or should it be a specific clause related to housing arrangements?

Accommodation Proof:

Instead of a property lease, the authorities are accepting Hotel or Airbnb reservations for the stay upon arrival. I'm curious about the duration of the reservation required. How long should the reservation be for it to meet the permit requirements? Are there any specific details or conditions to consider when making such reservations?

The contract mentioning the salary should suffice. The airbnb or hotel should idaelly be booked for a month.

when I move to Belgium I鈥檒l be living with my husbands parents after we get married. He just started a job. Do you know if showing his parents savings and income will be enough to show for income?
