Money Transfer Limit Per Year from China to USA by cavsfan55
Hi All, I've heard the annual money transfer limit from China to USA is $50,000 per person? Is this based on calendar year? Can someone send me $50,000 right now (August 2010) and than send me another $50,000 in January 2011? Thanks.

The limit is 50,000$ per "period" year not a calender year, which means if you transfer out $50K in August 2010, you have to wait until August 2011 to transfer another one..... The limited amount is per persons, so if you have wife/husband/children ... Read More
