Filled in Checkmig on recent flight from México, and went through boarding, automatic passport scan, nobody at Aeromexico.asked for my ongoing flight out of Colombia or checkmig.( my visa ran out last April 17)

Also.my Colombian friend couldnt get his CheckMig to work ( allthough he has BioMig) and there were no issues for him.

The Colombian.immigration people in El Dorado.didnt have anything on their.system because they.asked all the same things on the checkmig form.

Also, the immigration  people in Bogota dont have your present and previous  visa information on their system ( or dont know where to.search). You have to.physically show it to.them.

And they dont know their own rules. They have to talk to.their  boss about anything out of the ordinary. Which wastes time before and after flights.

So as far as CheckMig goes., Migraciones  Colombia and most " normal" airlines dont care.

But I would still try to.fill it out.if you are coming from the US or a fanatical rule following place like Canada.
