Umrah on Visit Visa

Asalamoalaikum
I have ques related to performing umrah on Visit visa.
I am living in al khobar,My parents in laws re coming and they want to do umrah and visit medina.We r planning to go for umrah by flight to jeddah from Dammam
As many of my friends families use to come and did umrah on visit visa easily with no pbms.But still I want to ask from you people.

Legally it's not allowed as you have accepted T&C that you will be legally responsible if they go for Hajj or Umrah. This has been accepted by you just before you apply for the visa on their website.
That said, most who come on visit visa do go for Umrah.

Rest is up to your conscience.

As Ali_N mentioned above; legally not allowed.

Ground Reality: It is different. People arriving on visit visa and business visa (I can confirm from Riyadh) are even travelling by air to Makkah and Madinah.

The sponsor has to bear the responsibility...Exactly don't know what it does to the sponsor of the visit visa

True
