Car Accident with 0% faulty - Deductible claim

Hello,

My car got hit by a truck next to my work place, while it was parked. The truck stayed there and Najm came and gave me the report with 0% fault. The truck insurance is Allianz which is the same as my insurance.

I was surprised that they are charging me the deductible fee along with the depreciation value.

Can they charge the deductible even when i am 0% at fault?

I think they are trying to get it from me because the other side has the same insurance as mine. Thank you.

Normally they are taking a hundred riyals just for opening file like what they said .
But I had an accident before two years and I don't pay any thing for them .
I think it depend on the insurance company.
If you want to make sure you can call Traffic police and ask them .
