Want to transfer iqama.

Hlw everyone.hope you all fine.

Please read my problem carefully.

I was hired in December 2021 as machine operator.聽 There are two companies one is for son and other is for father. Both are different聽 and have separate name

I was hired in sons company聽 but now owner of my company terminate me without any notice. He verbally siad i don't need you and give me 10 thousand聽 Sr and go back or take transfer. Otherwise work in my father company in a recycle depart which is not my profession..

Even they take iqama from me.

I am in trouble what should i do. Plz hlp

Ask your employer to give you one month time if possible.

Find a new job and get the transfer.

Otherwise, there is no way

They will give you the final exit.

Firstly please don't panic , be relaxed and think carefully about the options, have trust on Allah SWT.

1) Just Search for job in other organization and take transfer through QIWA, just make sure to have transfer request from other company before issuing final exit visa.

2) If current employer issued final exit visa, still you have time of 60 days to search for new job but in this case you have to Approach Labor Court for cancellation of final exit prior to transfer to other company.

3)聽 Just have new azad visa from here in KSA costing around 4000-5000 SR and go final exit and come back on new visa if you can afford.

4) Fur further guidance you can approach Labor Court on 19911 keep dialing until call connects, or through their website of Human Resources and Social Development or their mobile app HRSD.

5) You can approach QIWA through website or 9200 00105.

reason many people knows you have 10k Saudi Riyals so they will offer you many options and will charge you.

In Actual you are not in problem at all, they have paid you off so you can find new job and get your transfer which they are already offering you to get transfer.

second option check with them if you can work in his father company on same iqama untill you find new job. and keep doing that job even if it is not ur profession untill you find a new job and then get transfer

jawazat and any other can not help you because your sponsor already paid you and told you to get transfered or leave which is thier right,

so now decission is yours that you want to stay or leave. to stay you need to find a job asap before your sponsor put final exit on you.

If final exit is stamped already then you have 30 days to leave Saudia, but if in these 30 days you find a job you can request your sponsor to cancel your final exit which he can do, but if he did not you have to go back.
