Qiwa employee transfer request

I have accepted employee transfer request on qiwa and now request goes to current company.current company is not responding to the request聽 so will it be cancel after 14 day or auto accept...i have completed 14 months in urrent company and current company status is green...what can i do to take transfer

I had experience the same thing as yours , it will be outomaticly cancled by it self and your status will be the same with your current company.

So here is the thing everyone is confused by.

What they announced last year and what is happening now, is totally different.聽 In the beginning after the announcement (for a few months), if the request wasn't accepted within x period of time, the transfer would go through.聽聽Now it doesn't and the request gets cancelled (What people say is that there were strong complaints about this change from businesses and they quietly reverted it back).聽 So what you need to realize is that NOTHING has changed from before.聽 You can only transfer without employer permission under the same applicable conditions as before i.e. Iqama expired etc.聽 In EVERY other case, you NEED permission and yes, they can still give you a final exit even when your transfer request is in the QIWA portal.

The only difference now is that there is a new platform for doing this whereas before there were two different ones.聽 So if you put yourself in the Saudi before the announcement, you won't need to ask this question as the answer is the same as it has always been

I have signed the offer letter in the聽 Company A. However,聽 Company B called me with good offer and position. I havent started yet on the Company B. They just already requested the QIWA and I approved on my side, but my current employer let it expired. (Auto cancel 14 days).

My questions are:

1. Can I still accept the Company B as my final decision even I already signed offer letter from Company A? Is there a file case on rejecting offer letters even you already signed it?

2. On the QIWA, will my current employer has still ability to approved it even the request from company A was autocancel/expired?

I signed the offer letter in Company A and I resigned from my current job after that the new company cant send a transfer request through qiwa because their system lock they are saying now almost 2 weeks am stuck in my room with my existing company forcing me to send the transfer request otherwise they will terminate my visa, in this case, what should I do please help me..

@Baktin10 The reason is that your current employer has not accepted the request from QIWA after your acceptance.

and that request got expired. You need to ask your new employer to raise the request again and then you accept and your current employer will be able to see and take action on it.

@PangeaWorldwide the status in my qiwa : approved- pending for completion. Completion period is in 90 days. But my iqama will expire on nxt month before the completion period is finish. Can my new employer process it before completion period so that my iqama will not expire. My iqama will expire for the third time this time because my current employer is negligent in doing so in the previous year

@Baktin10 when will be the notice period end? You cannot transfer by new employer if not finished the notice period. You can transfer if Iqama expired but do not have notice period.

I have notice period will end now in 88 days. But my iqama will expire in one and half month. And this is the third time my iqama will expire.

Hi sir,

I have one question regarding my transfer to new employer,

My current company didn鈥檛 upload my contact on qiwa and also my contact in gosi is expired,but my iqama is valid,聽 if my new company send me offer letter on qiwa and I accept that offer,

Can my previous company give me exit or file case against me? If i already accepted new employer offer in qiwa,
