Check if the current employer is in RED category or Green. If the employer is in Red you may get tranfer to new company. When did you accept your new contract in qiwa? What notice period you got?

the status of my job offer from new employer is still pending for current employer approval,  what will happened if they won't reject or approve my request. we don't have any legal contract between me and me current employer

There are many videos on YouTube to guide you how to check if employer is in RED. follow steps and you will come to know easily.

When my friend got transferred it took less than 2-days, from our company to its sister company.
