No Contract

Hello everyone. I've been working in saudi arabia since 2014 the first contract i signed expired on 2016.Then i took a 2 months vacation after that i returned here in saudi arabia. Then my employer did not give me any new contract to sign. Fast Forward to now 2021 my employer is not renewing my iqama and is expired for 6 months now so i wanna go back to my home country. Now i wanna know what are my options are in submitting my notice is it resignation or can i send a termination of contract. I wanna know which option i have so i can accurately calculate my end of service benifits.

You cannot go home if your iqama is xpired.

First priority renew your iqama take help of your embassy to contact your employer for smoth exit or else you can transfer to another company as the iqama expired.
For end of service calculate on free portal with two options.
You can terminate the contract only on renewal.
Resignation can be done any time with 30 advance notice period.
