Relocation to Doha

Hello,

I am an Indian and planning to move to Doha. Have few questions below if members can kindly address me:

1. Does Qatar Blockade has a major impact and it is not the right time to move? As in are jobs secured there and are salary payments an issue.

2. Is it easy to get dependent visa for family?

3. How much does a one bed fully furnished house in normal area cost for rent and what is the security deposit?

4. What are the other major cost of living for a family of 2 and a very young kid.

5. Is Indian vegetarian food easily available or are indian grocery easily available?

Please also add any other useful information that can help me take decision.

1- depends on your company, some companies have issues before the blockade, respectful companies have no issue, blockade may increased the living cost 10%-20% maybe on groceries
2- yes easy
3- between 2500-5000 depends on location and apartment status and deposit usually one month rent , payments are monthly
4- do you have schooling? usually its little expensive(i guess Indian schools between 6000 - 14000)
5- vigi food is available, there is LULU but i guess its little bit more in price, Indian vegetables are available also
