Renew Kuwait driving licence

Hi all friends.
My Kuwait driving licence (10 years validity) already expired in July 2016. At that time I was out of Kuwait, so I didn't renew it.
Now I am planning to return back to Kuwait, is it possible to renew this driving license and what is the required documents, steps to do so. Iam afraid they may ask me to make full test again.

Hi,
I have a slightly different view...
Technically, you will have to go through the entire process (learner's, test, etc.), it might be possible to renew if you have the original of the old one. Just give it to your mandoub and he might be able to get it done (it worked for me before all the restrictions were put into place).
But, as explained, it is linked to your residence permit - if it's valid for 1 year, so is your driving license; if 2 years, so is the license.
