It depends on what you're shipping, for light weight small items go with fedex but if you want to move multiple items probably shipping website like are much cheaper, they unpack the items from their original packages and repack them into one tightly packed package to save shipping costs, and I think their rates are much lower than Fedex or TNT, they have a calculator you can check them out!
