@ Kate, ignorant arabs refer to English people, as people who are outside the Middle east, even if they were from Germany/US/portugal/India...etc..etc.

PS: We call newcomers in country "foreigners" not English, I know both words have same meaning in Arabic and that's why you got confused, so I also think you need to improve your English language before mingling with English people, as you say!
