Early termination of Lease Agreement

Good Day! I would like to ask if its possible to get out of my Lease Agreement early.
I am currently renting a one bedroom flat on Gudaibiya. My current company is having a problem and said that they would stop giving us salary and send us back to our country.
They will just fly us back to Bahrain once the business is back on its feet again.
I hope someone can assist or relate on my situation.

Look at your contract. In many cases, there is a diplomatic clause ie you can terminate if you have to leave Bahrain.

What if the contract contains no diplomatic clauses?

I lost my job and will have to leave Bahrain shortly. My rental contract is for one year.

Am i legally obliged to pay the rest of the six months even if i have lost my job and I'm leaving the country?

If your landlord is reasonable, talk to him.聽 If not, just leave - this is a civil case and will take time.聽 聽
