Can a foreigner take the driving test in Ukraine?

What are the formalities to get a driver聮s licence in Ukraine?

A foreigner has to be registered in Ukraine. All other requirements are the same as for locals. The cost varies from region to region. In general everyone just need to go to a local driving school and ask there.
