im moutaz from algeria.want to study in norway.but i have been heard that study is free .is it true ??..

The study may not be free for foreigners. If it was free, to live there is expensive and the language problem would not help either.

It is not free, as you have a small fee to pay. The cost of living in Norway is very high.
You need at least NOK 10 000 - 15 000 a month. It's best you look for other countries with "free" or cheap higher education.

They mention you can work, but finding a job without speaking Norwegian is getting very difficult these days.
