Hi Gozo,

I went to the Central Visa Unit because Evan Building's officer told me that you should ask them and to be honest I asked them they don't have any clue.

I don't know any immigration solicitor in Malta.

Have you actually looked on line yourself?

It is honestly not that difficult - look at their website. Form f is clearly stated as a form that is to be used by eu/eea family members; form g for non - eu family members.

As GozoMo states above - look at their website. They make it a easy as possible!

As I understand main problem that mother is not considered as Family Member. Open SL217.06 article 4 for full definition. I think this is why identity Malta can't give response.



Not sure if any of these forms can be used.

This states fairly clearly that parents and / or grandparents, if economically dependant on them, have rights to stay with the eu citizen family member.

I have to acknowledge that I referred to wrong law. It is not applicable when sponsor is EU citizen.
