I am considering to come to buy a car in Lithuania, which I would then drive back to the UK (it's a car which is virtually impossible to get in the UK). I have found that it is possible to get export plates for the car from Lithuania without being a resident when registering the car, but is anyone able to explain how the process of actually buying a used car works?
