It is good if you take out the religion out of it.

I watched this morning.   For a low budget'ish movie, it was pretty good with two well known actors Dougray Scott (wobby Irish accent) and Connie Nielson (does a passable Irish accent).  Gory but it is a horror sci-fi movie.

Adnan Canto was the male lead in "The Cleaning Lady" Seasons 1-3.   He was also in a few other shows.  Sadly he died at only age 42 from cancer.   I haven't started on Season 4 so I have yet to find who replaces him as the love interest.

She is serious about cooking too, try to find the episode where she fries rice in a frying pan without pre cooking it and then forces her grown son to eat it!

Even fellow Brits might have a hard time understanding her logic and speech. Not sure what sort of accent she has but between her making up her own words and all the rambling on...

Gotta love her Iron Maiden T shirts as well.

Good for a laugh, never know she may give you an idea for your next dinner party!

I dunno, Mrs F fries rice without cooking it.   I think this is the way to make some Asian and Spanish dishes. I made Paella the other day and it said fry the rice without cooking it beforehand.   

It was absolutely dreadful but it was my fault.  I didn't cook it long enough afterwards for the rice to soak up the liquid.  It tasted like half-cooked crunchy bird seed. 

Second time I tried it (I'm a slow learner), there's some "burnt" thing about paella which I managed to achieve but it made it even worse!  People were raving about this burnt rice thing.  Jeez, gimme a break, if it's burnt, you've done it wrong! 

Nothing wrong with Iron Maiden.  If only I had an Iron Maiden T-shirt.  But I wouldn't swap for my Star Wars Darth Vader T-shirt.

BTW, Fred, our not so lovable troll, is a fan of Iron Maiden.  I think we established that in the fog of trolling words.   

You will have to watch Kays cooking to understand, no she served her fried rice without adding liquid, all nice and crunchy. Hope they have a good dentist on call! I always fry my rice a bit before adding water, it gives it a nice color and adds some flavor.

She seems like a doll of a lady but man, she is a wacky cook.

It is funny to watch,

One video she literally put half boiled spiral noodles in a oven dish without greasing the dish at all; Opened a can of beans, minus any pork bits and covered about 1/4th in grated cheese.

Put in oven till cheese melted, no spices added, onions nada, just half cooked noodles with a can of beans poured on top. What is funny is she often calls out to her grown son to take a bit, poor guy!

Only 1/4 cheese because her son is lactose intolerant! Lets not talk about half cooked noodles or canned beans upsetting the ol tummy!

My brother, Lon, the one who lost his leg , he used to be a roadie in his 20s for Iron Maiden; He said they were all really nice guys.

I have a few rocker T shirts, never paid full price for them.

Well did buy a Stones shirt at a concert but never could find it, think my sister, Myra grabbed it from me.

Have a T Rex shirt, doubt anyone knows who they were these days. Have  a Lynard Skynard shirt, a Pink Floyd one and another Stones one. Think that is it. Have a Hard Rock one as well, paid no more then $3. each second hand in Vegas.

I have heard the second hands shops in the states have lost it.

They found out about people do resale from items bought there; Now Goodwill has their own E bay page and is asking more then new for many items.

Used to be able to find a nice leather jacket for $10. to $20. bucks there in good shape. Now they are asking $100. or more.

All good things come to an end I suppose.
