Greece,The New Florida

concertina

Greek news today states that the government is about to pass new legislation allowing retired private-pension non Greek people a 7% tax rate on pension income if they transfer their tax residence to Greece. This is by way of an incentive to encourage retired people to live here and makes Greece an attractive option like Florida as a place to settle in older age.
