What do you mean by concession? This makes no sense. Are you asking how one would get to take such a course for free or what? How can anyone possibly know the costs or procedures without knowing the particular institute? And should this be in Germany or where?聽 Please be specific in your question and clear what you mean; I don鈥檛 think the word concession is what you mean to use. Your profile says you are Indian but supposedly now in Stuttgart. There are聽 quite a number of language schools in Stuttgart but the cheapest is usually the Volkshochschule - a system of community colleges found all over Germany. If you want any information about what they offer then just look at their website or visit them on the Roteb眉hlplatz in central Stuttgart.
