How are we informed if an application is delayed/rejected

Mai Rose

Hi,

I applied for an L card, and the Commune scheduled an appointment exactly 5 months + 1 day after my application to receive the card (if approved).

Has anyone experienced a rejection? If so, do they inform you in advance, or do they only notify you on the appointment day after 5 months + 1 day? Or do they send a rejection letter before the deadline?

I have one week left to reach the 5-month mark, but I haven’t received any updates. No one has checked or viewed my profile (mondossier). I assume that if they had reviewed my case, I would see Ibz consultation of my profile?

I applied for the L card while unemployed and haven’t received any job offers yet.

Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

I can tell you one thing as far as L-card applications go... especially after receiving the Annexe 16bis; "No news is usually good news".

Kindly update us on how it went, when you finally go to the commune for your appointment 😉

I hope that, thanks!

Hi there,

My current A card was blocked the day after reaching 5 months and 1 day since I applied for the L card

The card reader couldn’t recognize it, so I’ll visit the Commune tomorrow—fingers crossed!
