Want to start a Primary Health Care Clinic in a few Years

Hello, I am a Nurse Practitioner and would love open a mobile or stationary primary health care clinic, and have no idea about what the health care system is like in Nicaragua, I have to do more research, but I found such a need in the country. I am passionate about this. I currently work in San Francisco with the underserved and marginalized populations... any ideas on where to start?

No ideas on where or how to start but I do wish you luck and offer my services when you are up and running.聽 I have experience with Stroke Recovery victims and have had some training working with Aphasia.聽 I wish you all the best and hope to meet you someday.聽
