The importance of diplomatic representation when living in Vietnam

Anne-Lise Mty

Is your home country represented in Vietnam? And if it is not, do you find this is a problem?

We have just posted online a piece about the importance of diplomatic representation in your host country while living abroad. Do let us know whether you think it is absolutely essential and share your experience about diplomacy in Vietnam.

Have a great week,
AL

Being a British passport holder I can say that I have never found our embassies to be of any use in any country I have visited.

Why doesn't that surprise me .
Seems the UK embassies around the world are more just for show than actual use.

Who knows maybe if the time comes and one of us needs genuine help they will prove me wrong.
