Without a degree, any work you get as a teacher will be illegal, except as mentioned by Colinoscapee (following post)

If you have any documention from previous employers you can get a work permit. I think you need 5 years documented experience.

Schools can do that. You should be contacting and networking with the schools directly in order to gauge the level of demand, what your options are, etc.

You should be cautious though because some schools may be a bit dodgy. Also, although there is a lot of demand (VN is now the 15th most populous country in the world: ), there is also a lot of competition as more and more people arrive with the idea of finding a teaching job.
