There are no fixed dates for pasar malams, they basically just come and go. Always a very nice surprise. :) But they will normally be in residential areas. If I'm not wrong, there's one now ongoing at Woodlands MRT, you can check it out, but I won't count on it...

By the way, you MUST try the Ramly burger if you do find a pasar malam. It's delicious!

Pasar malams do not have fixed dates and timings but it usually last 3 to 5 days at a specific location and it's usually near mrt train stations or neighbourhood areas.There's usually more pasar malams held when it's close to festive seasons. Usually the food and handphone covers are more of a hit at pasar malams. Try spotting them at ur nearest mrt stations :D

I just spotted one at Yishun a few days ago, very near to the MRT station. Hope it's still there, you can try your luck! ^_^
