Need a Rental in Manila, Quezon, Makati, or BGC starting Feb 2025

BOONDOCK-SAINT

Hi Folks,

I'm in the process of buy airfare to Manila around the 16th and will stay a month or so. There are all sorts of hotels, places on AirBnB etc.

Does anyone know of a decent place, quiet, not infested, semi affordable for me to rent that might be in the areas listed, or near to UST?

I don't need top shelf fancy, but some kitchenette and A/C, hot shower should be nice.

If anyone has a recommendation or knows a sure-fire things PLEASE PM ME in the next couple of days before I pull the trigger on whatever I can book. I would especially appreciate email or Telegram contact info for the place.

THX in advance!!

Try Agoda, where you can get more recent reviews.  I would avoid ads for condos or places without a front desk.  Many will play games with added requirements after you book and pay, so they justify not showing up on your arrival date to give you the key.  Good Luck!

Thanks for that sage advice! This is the kind of boots-on-the-ground info I can benefit from. TY!

Excellent advice from Calif-Native. I use Agoda about 90% of the time for all my accommodation reservations in Asia. Very rarely will you get cheaper. Agoda also give you instant confirmation. Singapore based.

I use booking.com, Agoda and Trivago and check to see where the cheapest price is. If I am booking hotels, I also check the price on the hotels website. Last time I stayed at a resort in Bulacan for 5 days and my girlfriend did all the legwork and I put my trust in her and sent her the money. It worked out fine and we got perks since she had a cousin working at the resort.

THANKS for the speedy replies. I read some negative revues of Agoda, not too sure what to think.

I'll give all the sites a go in my search.

If in the next day or so you learn of anything or know a guy that knows a guy, please feel free to pass along.

Cheers

I agree with the other guys when it comes to Agoda, used them for bookings for 15, maybe 20 years and never a problem, I cross reference with trivago as well as hotel prices and my travels around the world were always seamless and their adds show what you get and where it is. Never been disappointed.

I would also add that for a month in Manila depending on where you want to be that will be the cost and only a months rental is little in the scheme of the trip. I read you are flying out in a few days, hope you find what you want and enjoy your visit, good luck.

Cheers, Steve.

Thanks again for all the replies, much appreciated. I'm officially IN MANILA as of a few hours ago. I'm in  place in Makati for 3 days while I get better situated.

I planned to use this time to further explore Agoda and determine the length of my stay.

If anyone does know of a super clean semi affordable place pls LMK.
