Anyone faced the e-konsular sys issue before. After login I did not see the button of new application for certificate of good conduct. Only can see list of application but not new application. Thank you

MAKE ACCOUNT AND LOG IN . SO YOU CAN FIND A MANNUAL IN THERE.

If you are a foreigner who is arriving .... but not yet in Malaysia, can you still use this system to get your Certificate of Good Conduct?

It is part of the application for a Nomad Visa, but the Certificate of Good Conduct is issued by the Malaysian police. I have never been to Malaysia .... so how will they issue my Certificate of Good Conduct?

Sorry if this seems like a silly question.
