Thanks @traciwoodley, we are open to options to be honest, however we are going to be residing in the north of the island.

The important thing right now is registering a new business at a business centre or just a simple office who want to make extra revenue as we want to take out time before settling on a what type of business facilities we want further down the road.

Hello Martin,

I think that you will need a management company to set up a virtual office. There are many management companies in Port Louis, they need to be licensed by the FSC (Financial Services Commission). Unfortunately, I don't have any recommendations, but feel free to have a look at this website :

Hello, no they don't require the person to hold any resident permit. They take care of opening and managing companies for people who want to do business in Mauritius from abroad.
