If it's the same company, normally, your basic salary will be the same as back home. There will be an increase due to benefits as you are moving: accomodation allowance....
Here in Benin, salary varies hugely according to the importance of the company: 1000$US for a big company and less than 200$US for small companies. But that's a range for nationals. For an expatriate, the range will be the same as the country of origin.
