You can't see your certificates if you're using the app. What you will do is to try to open the website using your mobile or desktop browser and certificates you're looking for can be found at the bottom under printing services. Read More

If that's the case I don't see any problem for having a permanent membership. There's no other way but to visit their office if it's near to you and ask them regarding your issue. Visiting their office usually solve's such issue. Read More
