Hi I would like to know if an employer can terminate an employee for the reason mentioned as Omanisation. Even if the employee has done his duties .If termination is on that grounds can it be challenged in Labour Court. Please advise.
Well i feel it is a bit unfair...though i agree the government is on omanisation drive.I believe omanisation means to employ more Omanis but that does not mean necessarily that they have to throw all expats from their job whose livelihood is also on ... Read More
